Wilson Reunion-related epidemic strikes in Northampton

Although the big scare turned out to have been only a Massive Anxiety Attack, I am on a course of expensive oral antibiotics for two secondary illnesses brought on by my impending nth High School Reunion, which I will not attend unless some alumnus, alumna or alumnum I trust guarantees that Tracy, Diana and Harriett will be there. These are non-negotiable demands.

These diseases are horrible. Though the students of Wilson are now scattered across the USA and the world, I suspect these diseases are spreading from one alum to another by some mysterious mechanism of contagion. Here are the symptoms:
