filched from the Anton Pannekoek Astronomical Institute of the University of Amsterdam. You do know there's a great view of Mars in the night skies right now, don't you? It's big and it's red, and it's so close that you might (especially with binoculars) see a white haze moving across it. That's a huge sandstorm.
